It was the 13th such carnival. The number of visitors reached 470.000 this year, including 7.000 foreigners.<br \/>\nThe grasshopper show of the artists from the Netherland proved to be the most eye-catching one. In addition to Holland, there were performers coming from the Ukraine, the United Kingdom, Venezuela, the United States, Chile, Romania and Uganda, performers and street artists from altogether 8 countries have put up various exciting entertainment programs for amusing domestic and foreign guests alike arriving to the carnival. The chief organizer was the Association of Chaoyang Foreign Culture Exchange Association and the co-organizer was &#8220;The World and China&#8221; magazine.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery
