CAPU\u00d1AY<br \/>\nEMBAJADOR DEL PERU ANTE LA REPUBLICA POPULAR CHINA<\/p>\n<p>En ocasi\u00f3n del inicio de las celebraciones del A\u00f1o Nuevo Chino, quisiera hacer llegar al Gobierno y pueblo chino mis mayores y sinceros deseos de prosperidad, salud, paz y buena fortuna. Tengo la certeza que el A\u00f1o del Mono de Fuego, A\u00f1o en que el Per\u00fa y China celebran 45 a\u00f1os de relaciones bilaterales, ser\u00e1 un periodo propicio para estrechar a\u00fan m\u00e1s las relaciones de amistad y cooperaci\u00f3n entre nuestros pa\u00edses. Una cercan\u00eda en nuestra historia nos asegura un camino compartido en el futuro. En el Per\u00fa reside la segunda comunidad descendiente china en el hemisferio occidental, constituyendo casi el 10% de la poblaci\u00f3n peruana.
