2015\u5e745\u67086\u65e5\u6b27\u76df\u5728\u5317\u4eac\u6b27\u6d32\u8054\u76df\u9a7b\u534e\u4ee3\u8868\u56e2\u4e3e\u529e\u4e2d\u6b27\u5efa\u4ea440\u5468\u5e74\u5e86\u795d\u4eea\u5f0f\u3002\u6b27\u76df\u5916\u4ea4\u4e0e\u5b89\u5168\u653f \u7b56\u9ad8\u7ea7\u4ee3\u8868\/\u6b27\u6d32\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u526f\u4e3b\u5e2d\u8d39\u5fb7\u4e3d\u5361\u2022\u83ab\u76d6\u91cc\u5c3c\uff08Frederica Mogherini\uff09\u5973\u58eb\u4eb2\u4e34\u73b0\u573a\uff0c\u6b63\u5f0f\u542f\u52a8\u4ee5\u201c\u6e90\u5473\u6b27\u6d32\u201d\u201d\u4e3a\u4e3b\u9898\u7684\u6b27\u6d32\u4f20\u7edf\u7f8e\u98df\u63a8\u4ecb\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002\u6b27\u76df\u5e0c\u671b\u901a \u8fc7\u6b64\u9879\u4e3b\u9898\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u4ecb\u7ecd\u6b27\u6d32\u70f9\u996a\u6587\u5316\uff0c\u5e76\u501f\u6b64\u673a\u4f1a\u54c1\u5c1d\u5230\u4ee3\u8868\u7740\u9ad8\u54c1\u8d28\u548c\u6b63\u5b97\u6e90\u5473\u7684 \u5730\u7406\u6807\u5fd7\uff08Geographical Indications\uff0c\u7b80\u79f0GI\uff09\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7684\u519c\u4ea7\u54c1\u548c\u98df\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6b27\u76df\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u519c\u4e1a\u548c\u519c\u6751\u53d1\u5c55\u603b\u53f8\u603b\u5e72\u4e8b\u6cfd\u897f\u2022\u666e\u83b1\u74e6\uff08Jerzy Plewa\uff09\u5148\u751f\u53c2\u52a0\u4e86\u542f\u52a8\u4eea\u5f0f\u5e76\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e86\u6b27\u76df\u7684\u5730\u7406\u6807\u5fd7\u4fdd\u62a4\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5404\u6b27\u76df\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u7684\u591a\u6837\u5316\u7684\u5730 \u7406\u6807\u5fd7\u6ce8\u518c\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c6\u4f4d\u6765\u81ea\u6b27\u6d32\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u5546\u4ee3\u8868\u4e5f\u51fa\u5e2d\u5e76\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e86\u5404\u81ea\u7684\u7279\u8272\u5730\u7406\u6807\u5fd7\u4fdd\u62a4\u4ea7\u54c1 \uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u4fdd\u62a4\u5e15\u5c14\u9a6c\u706b\u817f\uff08PDO Prosciutto di Parma\uff09\u3001\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u4fdd\u62a4\u63d0\u6d1b\u5c71\u5976\u916a\uff08PDO Tiroler Bergk\u00e4se\uff09\u3001\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u4fdd\u62a4\u6ce2\u5c14\u591a\u8461\u8404\u9152\uff08PDO Bordeaux\uff09\u3001\u5730\u7406\u6807\u5fd7\u4fdd\u62a4\u5df4\u4f10\u5229\u4e9a\u5564\u9152\uff08PGI Bayerisches Bier\uff09\u3001\u5730\u7406\u6807\u5fd7\u4fdd\u62a4\u62c9\u5e93\u5c3c\u4e9a\u6a44\u6984\u6cb9\uff08PGI Lakonia\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6cd5\u56fd\u767d\u5170\u7684\uff08Cognac\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6b27\u76df\u201c\u6e90\u5473\u6b27\u6d32\u201d\u542f\u52a8\u4eea\u5f0f\u8bbe\u6709\u4e24\u8f6e\u73b0\u573a\u70f9\u996a\u5c55\u793a\u548c\u6b27\u76df\u5730\u7406\u6807\u5fd7\u4ea7\u54c1\u54c1\u5c1d\u73af\u8282\uff0c\u5e76\u63d0\u4f9b\u591a\u5a92\u4f53\u89e6\u6478 \u5c4f\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u53c2\u89c2\u8005\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u4e86\u89e3\u6b27\u6d32\u5927\u9646\u591a\u6837\u5316\u7684\u6587\u5316\u3001\u4f20\u7edf\u53ca\u6c14\u5019\u5728\u9020\u5c31\u72ec\u7279\u98ce\u5473\u7684\u9ad8\u54c1\u8d28\u7f8e\u98df\u4e2d\u7684 \u4f5c\u7528 \u3002<\/p>\n

\u6cfd\u897f\u2022\u666e\u83b1\u74e6\u5148\u751f\u5728\u542f\u52a8\u4eea\u5f0f\u4e0a\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201c\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u603b\u8ba1\u6709\u8d85\u8fc71200\u79cd\u519c\u4ea7\u54c1\u548c\u98df\u54c1\u540d\u79f0\u5df2\u7ecf\u6ce8\u518c \u62e5\u6709\u6b27\u76df\u5730\u7406\u6807\u5fd7\u6807\u8bb0\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u4fdd\u62a4\u548c\u5730\u7406\u6807\u5fd7\u4fdd\u62a4\uff09\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u5236\u4f5c\u3001\u517b\u6b96\u6216\u8015\u4f5c\u6280\u827a\u901a \u5e38\u90fd\u5df2\u7ecf\u8fc7\u6570\u767e\u5e74\u4ee3\u4ee3\u76f8\u4f20\u3002\u5f53\u5730\u7684\u73af\u5883\u6761\u4ef6\u3001\u6587\u5316\u548c\u81ea\u7136\u56e0\u7d20\u5171\u540c\u8d4b\u4e88\u4e86\u5176\u88ab\u9ad8\u5ea6\u8ba4\u53ef\u7684\u9ad8\u54c1\u8d28 \u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u901a\u8fc7\u6b64\u6b21\u2018\u6e90\u5473\u6b27\u6d32\u2019\u63a8\u4ecb\u6d3b\u52a8\u80fd\u8ba9\u66f4\u591a\u4e2d\u56fd\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u6df1\u5165\u4e86\u89e3\u6b27\u6d32\u5730\u7406\u6807\u5fd7\u8ba4\u8bc1\u98df\u54c1\u53ca\u519c \u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u66f4\u591a\u77e5\u8bc6\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n

\u542f\u52a8\u4eea\u5f0f\u540e\uff0c\u6b27\u76df\u8fd8\u5c06\u9646\u7eed\u5728\u5317\u4eac\u5404\u5927\u8d2d\u7269\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e3e\u529e7\u573a\u8def\u6f14\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u5c4a\u65f6200\u5e73\u7c73\u7684\u79fb\u52a8\u7ad9\u53f0\u5c06\u5de1 \u56de\u5c55\u51fa\uff0c\u8def\u6f14\u6d3b\u52a8\u5c06\u514d\u8d39\u5411\u516c\u4f17\u5f00\u653e\u3002\u6b27\u76df\u5e0c\u671b\u901a\u8fc7\u79fb\u52a8\u5c55\u53f0\u4ee5\u53ca\u793e\u4ea4\u5a92\u4f53\u7b49\u591a\u79cd\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u8ba9\u516c\u4f17\u5145 \u5206\u4e86\u89e3\u6b27\u76df\u5730\u7406\u6807\u5fd7\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff08GI\uff09\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6b27\u76df\u5404\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u7684\u70f9\u996a\u7279\u8272\u3002\u9996\u573a\u8def\u6f14\u6d3b\u52a8\u5c06\u4e8e5\u67089\u65e5 \u81f35\u670810\u65e5\u5728\u5317\u4eac\u60a0\u5510\u8d2d\u7269\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e3e\u884c\uff0c\u897f\u9910\u5927\u53a8\u5c06\u4eb2\u4e34\u73b0\u573a\u4e3a\u60a8\u5236\u4f5c\u7f8e\u5473\u53ef\u53e3\u7684\u6b27\u6d32\u7f8e\u98df\uff0c\u516c\u4f17\u53ef \u4ee5\u73b0\u573a\u4e86\u89e3\u5e76\u54c1\u5c1d\u6765\u81ea\u6b27\u6d32\u7684\u9ad8\u54c1\u8d28\u8461\u8404\u9152\u3001\u70c8\u9152\u3001\u706b\u817f\u3001\u5976\u916a\u3001\u6a44\u6984\u6cb9\u548c\u5564\u9152\u3002\u8def\u6f14\u6d3b\u52a8\u65e8\u5728\u4e3a \u516c\u4f17\u642d\u5efa\u4e00\u4e2a\u6b27\u6d32\u70f9\u996a\u53ca\u6587\u5316\u4ea4\u6d41\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u6b27\u76dfGI\u4fdd\u62a4\u4f53\u7cfb\u4ee5\u53ca\u62e5\u6709\u5730\u7406\u6807\u5fd7\u6807\u8bb0\u7684\u7684\u9ad8\u54c1\u8d28\u98df \u54c1\u53ca\u519c\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002\u5176\u4f59\u76846\u573a\u8def\u6f14\u6d3b\u52a8\u5c06\u4e8e6\u6708\u81f312\u6708\u95f4\u5728\u5317\u4eac\u5404\u5927\u9ad8\u6d88\u8d39\u4eba\u7fa4\u805a\u96c6\u7684\u8d2d\u7269\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e3e\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u60f3\u5173\u6ce8\u6709\u5173\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u66f4\u591a\u8be6\u60c5\uff0c\u6b22\u8fce\u968f\u65f6\u8bbf\u95ee\u201c\u6e90\u5473\u6b27\u6d32\u201d\u5b98\u65b9\u7f51\u7ad9\uff08tastesofeurope.eu\uff09\u53ca \u5fae\u535a\uff08@\u6e90\u5473\u6b27\u6d32\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5173\u4e8e\u6b27\u76df\u5730\u7406\u6807\u5fd7\u6807\u8bc6\uff1a<\/p>\n

\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u4fdd\u62a4\uff08Protected Designation of Origin\uff0c\u7b80\u79f0PDO\uff09 – PDO\u6807\u7b7e\u5bf9\u6765\u81ea\u7279\u5b9a\u57ce\u9547\u3001\u5730\u533a\u6216\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u6216\u8461\u8404\u9152\u8fdb\u884c\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u7279\u6027\u56e0\u5176\u5185\u5728 \u7684\u81ea\u7136\u6216\u4eba\u6587\u56e0\u7d20\u4e0e\u5176\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u5177\u6709\u7279\u522b\u7684\u5173\u8054\u6027\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u7279\u5b9a\u5730\u7406\u533a\u57df\u8fdb\u884c\u751f\u4ea7\u3001\u52a0\u5de5\u548c \u5904\u7406\u3002
\n\u5730\u7406\u6807\u5fd7\u4fdd\u62a4\uff08Protected Geographical Indication\uff0c\u7b80\u79f0PGI\uff09- PGI \u6807\u7b7e\u5305\u542b\u4e86\u539f\u4ea7\u4e8e\u7279\u5b9a\u5730\u70b9\u3001\u5730\u533a\u6216\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u5176\u8d28\u91cf\u3001\u58f0\u8a89\u53ca\u4ea7\u54c1\u7279\u6027\u4e0e\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u5730\u7406\u533a \u57df\u7d27\u5bc6\u76f8\u5173\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u6807\u7b7e\u4e5f\u8868\u793a\u8be5\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u3001\u52a0\u5de5\u8fc7\u7a0b\u90fd\u5728\u4e0e\u5176\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u5730\u7406\u533a\u57df\u8fdb\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n

On 6th of May, The European Union celebrated the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations with China at the Delegation of the European Union to China in Beijing. On this occasion, the \u2018Tastes of Europe\u2019 campaign in China was officially launched by the guest of honour, Ms Frederica Mogherini, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy & Vice-President of the European Commission. The campaign will take Chinese consumers on a journey of discovery of European cuisine giving them the chance to sample agricultural products and foodstuff bearing a Geographical Indication (GI) \u2013 a mark of quality and authenticity. <\/p>\n

Mr Jerzy Plewa, the Director General for Agriculture and Rural Development of the European Commission spoke at the launch event to introduce the EU\u2019s GI system and the variety of registered GI products from EU member states. Well-known European GI producer representatives introduced their featured GI products, including PDO Prosciutto di Parma (ham), PDO Tiroler Bergk\u00e4se (cheese), PDO Bordeaux (wine), PGI Bayerisches Bier (beer), PGI Lakonia (olive oil), and Cognac (spirit drinks).<\/p>\n

The EU \u2018Tastes of Europe\u2019 campaign launch event featured two rounds of live cooking shows, sampling of EU GI products, and an interactive touch screen display used to further illustrate and introduce consumers to how Europe\u2019s diverse mix of cultures, traditions, and climate contribute to the unique flavours and quality of food from Europe.<\/p>\n

Mr Jerzy Plewa in his address at the campaign launch event said: \u201cAt present, we have more than 1200 agricultural products and foodstuffs\u2019 names registered under the EU\u2019s GI system\uff08including PDO and PGI\uff09. These food products showcase our historic production and farming techniques that can often be traced back over centuries where methods have been handed down from generation to generation. The local climatic conditions, and cultural and natural factors endow EU GI food and agricultural products with guaranteed quality. We sincerely hope that our \u2018Tastes of Europe\u2019 campaign will encourage more Chinese consumers to gain a deeper understanding of EU GI food and agricultural products.\u201d <\/p>\n

The launch will be followed by 7 roadshows which will take the 200 square metre mobile exhibition to shopping malls across Beijing. The roadshows will be open to the public and will be free of charge. The Chinese public will learn about the EU GI system and the culinary specialties of EU Member States through both the mobile exhibition and the online social media campaign. The first roadshow will be held 9-10 May at Beijing\u2019s U-Town shopping mall. Western chefs will present cooking shows and the public will be able to sample Europe\u2019s finest wines, spirits, ham, cheese, olive oil, and beer. The roadshows are to serve as a European culinary and cultural exchange platform for the public to learn about the EU GI system and the high quality food and agricultural products bearing GI labels. The remaining six roadshow stops will be organised from June to December, in Beijing locations with high consumer foot traffic, taking Chinese consumers on a gastronomy tour of Europe.<\/p>\n
