National Day Celebrations of Vietnam
值越南社会主义共和国国庆节68周年之际，8月30日晚，越南驻中国大使馆隆重举行越南国庆节庆 祝活动。
出席活动的贵宾有: 中联部部长助理郭业洲先生，中国外交部部长王毅,越南外交部部长范平明, 老挝副总理兼外交部部长,中国人民对外友好学会会长杨文昌等出席活动.
庆典上致辞时，越南驻中国大使阮文诗先生表示，中越两国是亲近的邻邦，两国人民有着悠久的传 统友谊。
越南外交部长范平明指出，68年来，越南人民已努力同世界各国建立了友好的合作关系，成为国际 社会共同体的负责任成员国。这充分肯定了一个不变的真理，就是越南的发展离不开周边环境的和 平稳定。
中国外交部部长王毅发表讲话时表示，今年6月份，越南国家主席张晋创对中国进行国事访问，越 南政府总理阮晋勇即将赴中国南宁出席第10届中国东盟博览会（CAEXPO），并计划同中国国务院 总理李克强举行会晤等事件将有助于增进两国友谊，使两国务实合作更加深入发展并迈出新的发展 步伐。
In the evening on August 30, 2013, a grand ceremony was held in Vietnam Embassy in China to celebrate the 68th National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Distinguished guests of the reception were: Adjoint to the Minister of the International Department of the Central Committee of CPC, Mr. Guo Yezhou, Foreign Minister, Mr. Wang Yi, Foreign Minister of Vietnam, Mr. Pham Binh Minh, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of
Foreign Affairs of Lao, Mr. Thongloun Sisoulith, Chairman of Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Mr. Yang Wenchang.
Nguyen Van Tho, Vietnamese ambassador to China, made a speech at the ceremony. “China and Vietnam are close neighbors. A time-honored traditional friendship has been established between Chinese and Vietnamese people” – said.
As Pham Binh Minh, Foreign Minister of Vietnam pointed out, in the past 68 years, the Vietnamese people have made great efforts to establish friendly cooperative relationship with the world. Vietnam has become a responsible member country in the global community. over the past 63 years, Vietnam and China has gone through ups and downs in order to really become each other’s good friend, good partner, good neighbour and good comrade.
Wang Yi, Foreign Minister of China, also made a speech at the ceremony. He said that Vietnam’s President Truong Tan Sang has paid a visit to China in June. Vietnam’s Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung will soon attend the 10th China-Asean Expo (CAEXPO) in Nanning of Guangxi Province, and is planning to meet Li Keqiang, Premier of the State Council of China. His visit will undoubtedly strengthen the pragmatic cooperation between China and Vietnam.
