阿尔弗雷多·奥利韦拉先生，奥利韦拉先生是布宜诺斯艾利斯市内一所重要的精神病院所属 电台 La Colifata 的创始者和总监。
奥利韦拉先生曾经担任阿根廷政府心理学顾问，现在是Citron电台的总监，
电台创建于法国，和LaColifata属于同类广播电台，此外他还是阿根廷非政府组织公民心理 健康和沟通协会的会长。
LaColifata电台不仅被复制到法国，而且还遍布世界其它地区。成立电台的目的是通过为患者提供 一个自主和拥有能力的空间，帮助他们重新获得应有的热情以便在治疗结束后能够更好地融社会。
On June 13, 2013 Argentine Ambassador Gustavo Martino introduced to the media the Argentine academic Mr. Alfredo Olivera. Mr. Olivera is the founder and director of the radio La Colifata within the most important psychiatric hospital of the City of Buenos Aires.
During his visit, Mr. Olivera lectured at Beijing Capital Normal University, the Instituto Cervantes and the Latin American and Caribbean Center. He also presented his book “La Colifata” in the Argentine restaurant “Che Diego”, in Sanlitun.
Mr. Olivera, also former advisor to the Argentine government, is currently the Director of Radio Citron, created in France after the model of La Colifata, and is the President of the Argentine NGO Asociación Civil Salud Mental y Comunicación.
La Colifata has been replicated not only in France but in other parts of the world as well. Their purpose is to contribute to the recovery therapy of the patients and to provide them the tools needed for reacquisition of social skills.
